Schaeffer labors to describe how each discipline falls victim to erroneous relative thinking as the concept of truth is vastly misunderstood.
Schaeffer describes in detail the permeation of relative thought in the modern era under the line of despair in the different disciplines, but he does not hesitate to move quickly into theology where he spends the better part of the book. It is exactly the way I was taught by Grandmaster Kennith Cohen who was taught by Madam Gao Fu who was taught by Grandmaster Feng. I commend this book to any manager or management team seriously interested in improving performance. I have seen first hand how women struggle not only with equity in pay, but all of the contributing issues: getting the choice assignments, getting the sponsors who push for your opportunities, taking risks, balancing homelife, and even changing companies to get better opportunities.
