I already eat pretty healthy and work out 5 times a week with one little problem my additcion to CHOCOLATE!! But I can still have my chocolate by following their rules!
You just have to discipline yourself during the week, then, once Friday afternoon comes I can still enjoy drinks and my beloved chocolate!
Delicious recipes, my favourite recommendation from them was Almond Milk. Finally, the sequel! It was as much a pleasure to read as the first and everything I had hoped.. It is sweet, perhaps too naïve, that both women are simply looking for someone to love them. This book and its predecessor were such a breath of fresh air for me. Read my other post, great series. At the end, she states that in St. Unfortunately, this book appears to be a bunch of lectures put into book form with insufficent effort spent to remove overlaps between chapters.
