It is very methodical and solid. She shows how the merging of traditional geologic principals along with more recent theories and discoveries reveals a violent past and predicts a future of certain geologic and atmospheric upheaval. I've used countless texts and quick reference guides for various Microsoft applications over the years, but this text is by far the best.
