Can't wait to try out a few of the recipes myself. So I was looking for a book on assisting the brain to heal, using reflexology points on the foot. I have done a lot of different styles of workouts, but not Pilates. I can imagine parents reading this story to their kids, especially those who enjoy folk fantasy fiction settings with Christian symbolism.. I am quite civil. I got this for four dollars used and it was in excellent shape. Author Jason Cohen has done a marvelous job at compiling information all the information a nurse or nurse-to-be could ever want, and then some. Graphics (small pictures) replace much of the Cyrillic text in this book. What a waste! Not only was it not proofed, there were questions without answers, answers without questions, and gramatically it sucked. I'd have felt a little less helpless.
