This author seems to be showing off her dietary knowledge, but it is painfully obvious that she isn't aware of other aspects of weight loss and muscle toning. It is NOT a diet guide. Wing's direct and non-dogmatic teaching style invites us to explore practices of energetic management usually reserved for initiates of private mystery schools. A lot of what was in this book is in Mike Verier's previous 2 AH-1 Cobra books so I was disappointed at the small level of actual new material. I found a web site that caters to flight crews for lodging accommodations, "Crashpads.com". Fine poetry from the accomplished like Mary Moffat Cunningham and her poem "The Band That Played Till the Ship Went Down" to the novice like 13-year old Chrystal Mohr and her poem which began "Oh' Titanic, monster of the sea, All is rest and peace with thee" Book also includes several examples of songs for voice and piano with illustrations like "My Sweetheart Went Down With The Ship" and "Destruction of the Titanic,
