Mine is highlighted and dogeared!. It is now a cliche to say that when a book is good that one "cannot put it down", but this is what happened to me when I began to read it. The writing and editing was not well done, either. He mentioned in passing that he had witnessed excellent results among some of his students in resolving serious health issues (such as stage IV cancers) by practicing the Hunyuan Qigong form described in this book. This book is more then helpful for me to reach my goals. Although the subtitle of the book refers to 1990, in fact, the book only takes in the first two races of that season. You will feel completely drained from many of the workouts. Do not think that just because these events happened long ago,that migrant families do not experience some of the same horrors today, for they do. Its a simple thing and I usually don't have high expectations (or actually care) but when a cover is done well I take notice. It was too "love at first sight" for me. Let's just
