Finally, the sequel! It was as much a pleasure to read as the first and everything I had hoped.. I recommend this book to everyone and I'm already looking forward to her second novel! This is one talented writer to keep your eye on!. This book does an outstanding job of meeting its stated objective, which is to provide an experienced programmer who is unfamiliar with C++ with an understanding of the language which will enable him/her to produce effective C++ programs within a very short time. Lippman's writing is simple and straightforward with a touch of good humor.
All in all a rarity - a technical book about computer programming that is well organized, full of useful information and fun to read.. disappointed. I absolutely fell in love with this series as a kid, and I have read it over and over again into my adulthood. After reading the Book of Revelation as he had suggested, I was able to identify and follow his interpretations much more easily had I not read Revelation myself
