Save your money for a real cookbook/post surgical aid.. Best book for my DBT/Psych class.. Love this book. Sure it's in another language, but the images in this book are so clear that they don't need words to describe them. Another compelling book covering the Titanic.. A lot of information is available on the internet however the introductory data provides a clear rationale for considering a Paleo diet. It is no mean feat to compress the essential elements of Ayn Rand's system of thought into one hundred pages, but this professor Allan Gottelf of The College of New Jersey does extraordinarily well in his book On Ayn Rand. (Mr. I use it as a reference book and like it very much.. This is an excellent tool for folks who are new to Pilates. The text complements the photographs nicely. I believed I was eating very healthily, but Abs on the Go pointed out many areas that I have since improved upon.
