Their tone often seems only half-affirmative, often more-than-half-resigned. It is the usual nature of a commentary that it is structured with notes keyed to terms in each line. But these images have seriously left me uninterested in continuing this series.
In retrospect Gunsmith Cats have had quite a few sketchy -eyebrow rising- moments in previous books, and I by no means am oppose to mature content in comics, but I think this one has come too close to crossing the line for me in where the darker elements of it's subject matter are starting to feel completely superfluous, at best. There were a lot of helpful strategies and tips that were explained throughout the book. If you have a good grasp of Latin he relates things back to Latin, but not in a way that excludes people without Latin experience. If you hate bullet-points, then this book is NOT for you.
