In all fairness: Yes I agree, people are burned out (I know I am), yes things DEFINITELY need to change, and the rich are getting richer, I'm all over that idea. The majority of the book is spent describing random events in a group of irritating characters' lives.
I still think LM is a great author, and her style of writing is easy and entertaining to read, so I don't regret buying this book. I bought this book from a bookstore near Bob Jones University. The time consuming task for you is to actually do the work and fill it out. I believe this happened because of an editorial oversight as a section entitled "Introduction to the Windows Shell" in Chapter 1 was referenced but omitted (and not available online that I could find).
