Editorial : About the AuthorDavid Stark is the associate pastor of Christ Presbyterian Church in Edina, Minnesota. The founder and director of training for Church Innovations, he has led dozens of workshops and seminars throughout the United States and has developed masters for small groups that are used by churches from a variety of denominations.

Stark's work with the LifeKeys program comes from a recognition that most people spend their lives in a field or profession that is mismatched with their personal gifts. His desire to help people find their match that will ensure their work will be more meaningful and enduring. The mystery builds for close to a hundred pages before Henry really starts working with the cupboards, but there is never a boring moment. This is a guy who sets bear traps on his lawn for his son to lift his knees up running, rather than use tires like other coaches. I could not put the book down once I began reading. Having collaborated before on In Deep Waters 1, we spent less time making sure we were in sync and more time just plain playing.
