It's not just "look at me, I lost 50 lbs in a month". I feel this fabulous book should have had a different title to include men, as most of the recommendations would work equally well for men, as well as women. The last chapter of the book, "Discovery Today," discusses historical sites that are or were gateways to the parks. I have to commend the author on not reissuing a minorly revised textbook just because this is one of the few in the field and he knows he can reap rewards by putting the used books out of commission. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and get going loosing weight is the prevailing message of this quick moving, easy to read book. You can use what you have read immediately. Ayn Rand is without a doubt one of the most underrated and neglected thinkers and Gotthelf's book goes a long way toward redressing this grievance, letting readers know what is there in Rand's works to help set the stage for further discussion and for fruitful criticism, and doing so in an obje
