As I am new to this diet I gave it five stars as I feel that I could start using this book today which is a good sign from a diet book.. However as a biography of Fritz Reiner it does not tell the whole story.
Morgan, not a musician but a history professor, is really only interested in Reiner's career, achievements and legacy as a conductor, teacher and recording artist. O'Malley's children, the author was able to research a number of primary source documents and has presented a much more objective bio of Walter O'Malley than has been shared in previous books that tended to be written for the grieving fans of Brooklyn, at Mr. Karin Kallmaker's Acknowledgments
If you really enjoy something, I recommend doing it at least twice, especially if it involves partnering up with someone whose love of the results matches your own.
