The book minimizes jargon, uses real-world examples and humor (and cartoons drawn by Gruhn) to improve comprehension. From the slow-cooker section I liked Yummy French Toast, Chicken Mango with Tortilla chips, Crockpot Roast Beef Grinders, & Slow-cooker Sesame Chicken.
Disclaimer: I received this product at a discount or free in exchange for my unbiased review. I had some great ones, but I realized this one wasn't getting enough water or one was getting burned. This is a great book if you are an A or AB blood type due to the fact these blood types are more alkaline. It's about thriving as a whole person and loving YOUR life with God.. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this book for any botanical fashionistas looking to add succulents in their life. I thought it was a great overview and history of MIS, and provided insight into alternative IS management styles and strategies. Fun book to read with my toddler.
